Jessica Richey is an award-winning entrepreneur, government contracting expert, and strategic business leader. She serves as Founder & CEO of NC Spotless Pros Powerwashing and Chief Strategist at Richey Workforce Development, where she equips organizations and entrepreneurs to excel with clarity, strategy, and results.

Under her leadership, NC Spotless Pros has delivered professional pressure washing, flooring, window cleaning, leadership training, and facility services to local and state government agencies as well as corporate clients earning a reputation for excellence, reliability, and impact.

After successfully navigating the complexities of government contracting, securing multiple contracts, and winning competitive grants, Jessica now empowers women and minority-owned businesses to win in this competitive space. Through training, mentorship, and high-impact workshops, she provides the tools to access government opportunities, secure funding, achieve certifications, and scale strategically.

 

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Fayetteville State University (FSU) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix (UOP). She is a proud graduate of the Eastern NC Entrepreneur Promise (ENCEP) program, where she received the peer-nominated award for Most Likely to Scale. In 2025, Jessica was named Minority GovCon Contractor of the Year and Women’s Business Center of North Carolina Client of the Year, reflecting her outstanding contributions to contracting excellence and support for business development in the state.

Her leadership journey spans participation in the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Program, Carolinas AGC Construction Business Academy, Aspen Good Jobs Program, Sonoco Leadership Program, and the Supply Chain Center of Excellence. She has secured and reinvested multiple state grants into her companies, advancing her mission to inspire, equip, and uplift others on their entrepreneurial path.
